At this time, we are unable to process faxed or electronic applications. Applications must be postmarked by the deadline. If you choose to send your application via courier or priority post, decline the need for recipient signature if possible. Enrolment in all courses is limited. Participants are selected by impartial juries of writers upon review of the material submitted. Decisions are final. Submitted material will be returned if a self-addressed stamped envelope is enclosed with application.
